Please Note: Questions concerning billing and sales will receive a faster response, compared to a question concerning help with songs. If you have purchased a digital album, please do not hesitate to contact us. For a quicker response, please include all information from the sales receipt (IE: Album Title, Date of purchase, Item Number, etc.). This will help the sales department determine the issue and will help with your problem, as well.

Since we deliver digital products, we do not issue refunds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are not responsible for keeping track of your credit card, and making sure your child has approval in advance to checking out.
